Image Rights & Usage

The person or company who books and pays for the media service holds full rights to use the final images and videos for both digital and printed marketing.
If a third party wishes to use this content, they must first obtain permission from the original client.

Raw video files are only provided when arranged in advance and may incur an additional charge.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking.
It’s the agent’s responsibility to check the weather forecast before confirming a date — we suggest using metservice.co.nz for up-to-date weather info.

If the weather turns during the shoot, we’ll capture interior content and either wait or return later for outdoor shots.
A call-out fee of $80 may apply if we arrive to find the shoot cancelled, access denied, or the property unprepared.

Should the shoot go over the scheduled time, we’ll do our best to continue if our calendar allows. Extra charges may apply for extended sessions or rescheduling.

Reshoots

In the rare case you're not satisfied with the end result, please reach out to hello@wingmanmarketing.co.nz and we’ll do our best to fix it.

A $80 fee may apply for reshoots that are needed due to things outside our control — for example, staging changes, vehicles in the driveway, or other obstacles impacting the shoot.

Property Readiness

To respect the homeowner's privacy, our team doesn’t rearrange furniture, tidy spaces, or make beds unless the agent or vendor is onsite to assist.
Please ensure the property is shoot-ready before we arrive.

Video & Photo Archive Policy

We store completed video files for up to 2 MONTHS.
If you require footage from an older project, we’ll do our best to recover it, but we can’t guarantee long-term file availability beyond that timeframe.
