When you choose to purchase one of our services. Both you as the purchaser and us as the supplier have the rights to post the photos, videos or floor-plans for the public to see, you may not sell the content onto other parties, clients or contractors. Your content does not have an extended license only you and us may post the content provided. You may use your video content on Social Media, MLS & Youtube only.

We will not post any content provided to you, to our channels until the property has been listed on an MLS or your website. You may ask us not to post the photos provided it is at the time of completing the service and before the transaction is done. We share your imagery with third parties and you are agreeing to this when you use our services from this website.

We do not accept liability for any legal issues, that may arise with the marketing of any photos or videos as the agent is aware of the state of the property, therefore they will see the photos or videos as fit for marketing the property when receiving, accepting and marketing them. If there is no reply for 3 days we will accept this as receiving them and accepting the content. If an agent wants to make minor changes to content it is the agents job to let us know if they would like photos changed or videos changed within 7 days of sending to your email. We will store the edited photos for up to 3 months and the raw unedited images will be deleted after the transaction has been completed. We will not store the video footage from one of your shoots this is the agents responsibility when they download the content. When downloading the content you have 7 days from the sending of the link to download your content otherwise it will be wiped. We cannot promise that the content will be available to download after the 7 days.

We do not accept liability for any YouTube strikes/bans that may arise from music in your videos, it is up to the agent to let us know before posting the video that it will be going live so we can waive the copyright with our third party provider.

We may create content on site at jobs for our social media channels or website. This content is designed to generate interest on both your behalf and our behalf. When you purchase a service or product from us you are also agreeing to this. If you have any issues with this they must be brought to our attention before the service has started or we will be un aware you do not want this to take place.

Pricing on website is subject to change at anytime, human errors on our website and advertising will not give the viewer rights to the error.

If a booking is made and cancelled or rescheduled by the agent on the day of the shoot there will be a fee on $100 inc GST this is to cover admin fees.
